In 2006 the school community from Mount Claremont Primary School in Perth, Australia wanted to spread happiness to the many passers by through the art of the children. I directed a drawing workshop for the children in pre-primary (4-5yrs) during which they produced beautiful line drawings of Australian wildlife. I then incorporated these art works into a design which would wrap around their whole classroom. By enlarging the drawings they have become visible from afar. Parents, teachers and children all worked together to apply the first coats of white paint. The whole project took about five months to complete and the walls continue to make people smile.
